Online fast-track procedure pursuant to Art. 54-bis of the Consumer Code

Welcome to our simplified withdrawal procedure. You can request the return of one or more items within 14 calendar days from receipt of your order.

Before proceeding, please verify that:

  • The disposable security tag on the items is intact, not cut nor broken.
  • The clothing items and shoes have not been worn, washed, or altered and include all original tags and boxes.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer during sales, promotional periods, or for items from the Outlet section.
